Our Goals Are Your Goals
Get Moving!
Our recent collaboration with theSkimm and the National Association of REALTORS® yielded "Making The Move," a series focused on empowerment. With the guidance of their licensed Realtor, these women took the monumental step of purchasing their first property—she really "did the thing."
Get Personal
Like a conversation with an old friend, Dr. Edith Brancho-Sanchez spoke to new moms from her own perspective as a new mom. With over 1 million views on YouTube for 'Stay Amazing' with NewYork-Presbyterian, and tens of millions of impressions on other platforms, the message made a significant impact.
Celebrate Differences
Wall Street is evolving, and our clients want to evolve with it. We partnered with Jefferies to foster a more inclusive environment for various ERG groups, including JefAbilities, J-Noble, J-Asia, and J-Win. We empowered these employees, helping them build confidence to initiate mini-movements within their industry and create opportunities for support, recruitment, and career development.
Just Do It
In this vibrant partnership with theSkimm and Nike, influencer Charissa Fay makes the case for bringing your sneakers on vacation.
Go Beyond Buzzwords
Amerra Capital Investment partnered with our team to create an exciting video that energizes employees and showcases how their work is transforming the global food and agribusiness supply chain.
Tell Real Stories
The documentary Golf Alpha Yankee follows five gay Iranian refugees who’ve applied for political asylum in Turkey. It paints a deeply personal portrait of their lives-in-limbo as they await the UN’s decision about their future.
Make a Change
In this short documentary produced in collaboration with The Carter Center, we interviewed the world-renowned historian and civil rights expert Dr. Carol Anderson. Dr. Anderson assessed America's students on their understanding of civics and their level of civic engagement. This will be playing at political and education themed film festivals in 2024-2025.
See For Yourself...
The go-to package for recording subject(s) in their own space, whether it be their home, office, school, or virtually anywhere. This is a cinema-quality product that captures the interviewee(s) in a short documentary movie.
Example: Asking for a Friend was filmed in one day, at the home of the interviewee. It captures her story through the interview, but also uses b-roll (footage of everything other than the interview), to establish her location, lifestyle, and even some story points.
Elevated Remote Recording Capabilities
When documentary-style video is essential, but logistics to film it are impossible, a fall-back is an elevated "Zoom interview." While quality is limited by the subject's hardware and internet speed, RMP can produce and record an interview in this way, and incorporate design elements in post that help minimize the impact of poor production quality.
Example: #GetIntoNature. While Rosario had a professional camera and lighting setup, the interviewer was using her computer's camera in an uncontrolled environment. With the use of background design and b-roll, while it still plays like a Zoom interview, the piece has an elevated feel.
Example: GumGum Contextual Pioneers. RMP produced this tech-startup campaign mid-pandemic, entirely over Zoom. Well-framed subjects and more advanced motion graphics help to remove the "Zoom" vibe.
Amerra Capital Investment. This is a great example of a documentary that tells a company's story through interviews, scripted narration, real footage and stock footage as well!
Similar in scope to an on-location interview, this package gives more flexibility in terms of location, lighting, and style. We film in a production studio or rented location. The location could be virtually any type of space, or even outside.
Example: $mart $ummer with Zelle. We filmed this branded interview in a studio, with a solid color background and minimal design (a table with a few props). A solid gradient background like this lends itself well to videos that require a lot of text or graphics on screen while the subject is speaking. But once we're in a studio, the possibilities for design are virtually limitless. A studio is also a great spot for a group discussion.
Some projects call for a number of subjects speaking on camera together. Some use-cases are group interviews, stakeholder conversations, families or group journeys.
Example: Solomon Partners Roundtable. Due to proprietary content, we cannot include the video, but this still gives the idea of the package. This shoot used 4 cameras, and produced a longer, discussion-style video.
Audio Content
We know it's tough to get people to read, or even watch sometimes. In an audio medium, you can present information that is either public-facing or internal (behind a firewall) in this highly accessible format.
Some ideas that apply to the finance space include:
- Soundbites or conversations from analyst research
- Experts discussing research findings
- Research findings presented in audiobook form. Professional narrators can read the report, key findings, or selected excerpts. This can also be edited to include moments from research interviews that reinforce the findings. Easy to digest on the way to work, rather than at the desk.
Example podcasts by RMP team.
When logistics or budgets don't allow for a full production day, remote production is the next best thing for documentary interview stories. By working with a small, local crew, or shipping camera and sound equipment to interviewees, we can capture a high-quality interview remotely.
In documentary stories that use more than one interview, we can combine footage from remote interviews with footage from in-person interviews as well.
Example: A Lymphoma Journey is one of a two-part documentary series following patient and caregiver journeys through the journey from diagnosis through novel therapy, and up to the present day remission. This was filmed during the pandemic, with remote interview production kits that RMP shipped to the subjects.
The interview was conducted over Zoom. The subject positioned his laptop just to the left of the camera, and spoke for over an hour with the interviewer, who was able to interview him right from her home. Below, you can see the Zoom setup, as well as the actual video recorded by the camera:

Rick Flynn Rich Adler
This story begins when Rick was doing independent documentary work on refugees in Iran and Turkey, while Rich was working in production studios and ad agencies in NYC. When we met on a video shoot in Brooklyn, we realized the power in leveraging our varying backgrounds and experiences. It wasn't before long that the people who hire us could see the unique storytelling our hybrid perspective brings to the table.
Since then, we've grown up! Along with our talented team, we produce impactful, memorable, thought-provoking narrative projects at varying scales.
